Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Here is a recipe that has been in my family for a while. Not only are these muffins a million times better than ANY store bought variety, they are easy to make, cheap and actually quite healthy for you. Pumpkins are high in fiber, vitamin A and low in calories! In this recipe you use half whole wheat flour instead of all white flour.

1 cup white flour .
1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup Chocolate chips
Directions: Combine dry ingredients and combine the wet ingredients separately then mix together with the pumpkin. divide the batter into mini muffin trays and cook for 7-8 mins...

This recipe will save you lots of money. Most of this stuff you will already have in your pantry besides maybe the pumpkin and chocolate chips.
